When and where is the wedding?

The big day is on Friday, September 26, located at The Outdoor Art Club, 1 W Blithedale Ave, Mill Valley, CA 94941. Ceremony starts at 4:30pm. Arrive early and snag a seat, or sneak in late and receive scornful glances from our mothers.

What’s the dress code?

Semi-formal. Basically, dress like you’re going to a wedding where you might end up in the background of a lot of Instagram posts. No jeans, flip-flops, or "I thought this was a barbecue" vibes, please.

Can I bring a plus one?

Please refer to your invitation. If it includes a "+ Guest" we can’t wait to meet them! Otherwise, we’d love to keep things more intimate and ask that you fly solo (but in great style).

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. Think of it as your night off – wine, dancing, and no need to chase anyone down to wipe off their hands.

Will there be transportation provided?

No, but there will be free overnight parking at Sunnyside Lot. (75 Throckmorton Ave, Mill Valley, CA 94941) – just be sure to pick up your car by 10:00 AM ;)

Also – there are lots of Ubers and Lyfts.

What will the weather be like?

This is California, baby. 72 and sunny, of course.
(Although it gets pretty chilly in the evenings FYI.)

Is there an after-party?

Obviously. Once the venue kicks us out at 10:30pm, we’ll be walking down the street to Corner Bar for our first bar fight as a married couple. Come thru!

I still have questions.
Who can I contact?

Oh yeah,
how did you two meet?

Allison and Mike met during what they affectionately call the “dating app boom” of 2017. When they matched, Allison’s first message was, “What’s your dog’s name?”– and Mike immediately knew this girl was different.

Both living in New York City and teetering on the edge of workaholism, they didn’t actually make it to a first date until nearly a year later. And even then, they frequently had to reschedule due to prior commitments like clay modeling and graffiti art classes – creative hobbies that would, in turn, give them more reason to enjoy each others’ company.

Allison says she knew Mike was the one the moment he spun her around on the sidewalk during their first date. Mike says he knew because she was the only girl who’s ever felt like home.

Since then, they’ve traveled the world together, adopted pets, built lasting friendships, and created a lifetime of memories. Now, they’re thrilled to kick off this next chapter with you all by their side… finally.
